Sintered metal filter by woven wire mesh characteristic

 

The material used to produce these filters is 316L stainless steel.They are made by uniaxial compaction of powder in a rigid tool with the negative shape of the part,and then sintered.The pore size is adjusted by changing the compaction pressure and the particle size of the powder.

 

1) High strength: After the five-layer wire mesh is sintered, it has extremely high mechanical strength and compressive strength;

2) High precision: uniform surface filtration performance can be exerted for the filtration particle size of 1-300um;

3) Heat resistance: can be used for continuous filtration from -200 degrees to up to 650 degrees;

4) Cleanability: countercurrent cleaning surface filter structure can be used, and cleaning is simple.

5) It has good permeability, high strength, no need to add support structure, no material falling off, strong corrosion resistance, easy to clean, and not easy to damage. Standard material: SUS316L.
