304 316 Dutch Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh for High Precision Filters

Many industries require sieving, screening or grading of raw materials or products during production. Woven wire mesh serves as an exceptional filtration medium due to its durability, corrosion resistance, and strength while offering excellent open areas. Available in various specifications, our stainless steel woven mesh is suitable for multiple applications.

Our mesh products feature apertures ranging from 11.1 mm down to 0.025 mm (25 microns). While primarily made of stainless steel, we also stock mesh in materials including mild steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper, monel, and aluminum. We maintain extensive inventories of Type 304 and Type 316 stainless steel mesh in most specifications.

Mesh can be woven in several configurations. Plain weave is the most common, while twilled weave is available for finer meshes. We also supply plain dutch and twilled dutch weaves, with dutch weaves enabling the finest filtration down to 0.006 mm (6 microns).
