Wedge wire screen, also named Johnson screen ,wedge wire flat screens, wedge wire panels. Wedge wire screen are manufactured with surface profiles and support profiles,we can call wedge wire and support rod, wedge wire are welded onto support rod at each intersection in a 90 degree.
The wedge-shaped tube is made during the process of simultaneously winding a specially formed working line on a spiral and welding them to a load line placed along the tube. This technology allows the production of wedge screens when very high gap precision and shielding resistance are required.
