1.Ferrule type:
Ferrule type rope mesh is constructed by connecting intersecting stainless steel cables using metal sleeves known as ferrules. During production, stainless steel wire ropes are first arranged in a diamond or square pattern on a fabrication frame. At each intersection point, a ferrule—typically made of stainless steel or aluminum—is placed over the overlapping cables. A hydraulic crimping machine is then used to compress the ferrule tightly, locking the cables in position.
2.Knotted type:
Knotted rope mesh, also referred to as woven or hand-knotted mesh, is manufactured by tying stainless steel cables together at each intersection. The cables are arranged on a frame according to the desired mesh size, usually forming a diamond pattern. Each crossing point is then secured with a knot, either manually or with specialized equipment.
