Stainless steel sintered multilayer filter disc is a high-performance filtering product made of multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh. Through high-temperature sintering and pressing processing, it forms a firm and stable filtering structure. Unlike ordinary single-layer filter products, this sintered filter disc combines the good permeability of wire mesh with the strength of multiple layers, making it able to work well in harsh working environments. It can effectively separate solid particles from liquid or gas, keep the filtered medium clean, and meet different filtering accuracy needs from 1 micron to 200 microns.
We use food-grade and industrial-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel as raw materials. These materials have excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength. They will not rust or break easily during long-term use, which ensures a long service life of the filter disc.
