High-Density stainless steel woven mesh, also known as stainless steel wire mesh, square hole woven mesh, stainless steel mesh, is the use of superior stainless steel wire under specific high-temperature process conditions, through a drawing machine to a specific wire warp, and then at a constant temperature, Dust-free and clean workshops are woven by knitting machines.
High-Density stainless steel meshes commonly have 635 mesh, 500 mesh, 450 mesh, 400 mesh, 350 mesh, 325 mesh, 300 mesh, 280 mesh, 250 mesh, 200 mesh, 180 mesh, 150 mesh, 120 mesh, up to 3200 mesh Item.
The width dimension is 0.1~8 meters, and the filtering precision is 5-300μm.
The product materials are SUS302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S dual-phase steel.
The weaving methods: plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, and special-shaped weave.
