Anti-corrosion Construction Materials Galvanized Steel High Rib Lath Mesh
Galvanized Steel High Rib Lath Mesh Introduction
Galvanized Steel High Rib Lath Mesh is made of hot-dip galvanized strips that have just been punched and expanded, with V-shaped ribs to increase tensile strength. Longitudinal ribs provide uniform coating depth over large areas. It is widely used in plaster for walls and suspended ceilings, and as a base for plastering in building construction.
Galvanized Steel High Rib Lath Mesh Features
Hy Rib reduces the risk of trapped air and voids within the concrete.
The range of narrower sheet widths improves site productivity and minimizes wastage.
Reduction of the concrete pressure during the concerting process.
Minimizing of hollow spaces and visual supervision of the process possible.
Perfect bonding of the concreting sections without any further treatment of the expansion joint.

Product Installation
High Rib Lath Mesh can be used with general traditional bracket systems, and the center distance equivalent to 20mm plywood is sufficient
● High Rib lath Mesh can be used in portrait or landscape orientation, but the bracket must be at right angles to the frame.
● The skeleton must be oriented towards the side intended to receive the poured concrete.
● Rib lath mesh can be cut on the job site with heavy-duty scissors or a disc grinder.
● The connecting meshes should be combined with skeleton tile sleeves and tied with a gap of 150mm. The front and rear meshes should have a 150mm re-feeding port and should be well supported.
● High Rib lath Mesh formwork can be used with all common support devices and eliminates the need to remove supports.
● High Rib lath mesh formwork can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit various situations.
● The supports constrain the rib lath formwork shell during pouring. The supports should be at right angles to the rib lath to hold against the rib lath formwork.
