SS304/316 Johnson Well Screen Pipe, also known as Johnson Tube Wedge Wire Filter Mesh, is a premium filtration and separation product designed for water wells, oil wells, geothermal wells, environmental protection, and a wide range of industrial filtration systems. Manufactured with advanced resistance welding technology, the screen consists of precision V-shaped profile wires welded to support rods, creating continuous slot openings that provide high flow rates, accurate filtration, and outstanding mechanical strength.
The wedge wire design is one of the most efficient filtration structures available today. The V-shaped profile wires form continuous slots that are narrow on the outer surface and gradually widen toward the inside. This unique geometry minimizes clogging by preventing particles from becoming trapped within the slots, while allowing easy backwashing and self-cleaning. As a result, the screen maintains a stable flow rate, reduces maintenance frequency, and extends service life.
Manufactured from high-quality SS304 and SS316 stainless steel, the Johnson well screen pipe offers exceptional corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance. SS304 is suitable for general industrial and water filtration applications, while SS316 provides superior resistance to chloride corrosion, making it ideal for seawater, chemical processing, and other aggressive environments. Additional materials such as SS316L, Duplex Stainless Steel, and special alloys are also available upon request.
