Wedge wire screen, also named Johnson screen ,wedge wire flat screens, wedge wire panels.
Wedge wire screen are manufactured with surface profiles and support profiles,we can call wedge wire and support rod, wedge wire are welded onto support rod at each intersection in a 90 degree.
Wedge wire screens are manufactured by resistance welding V-shaped wire on support rods. Our wedge wire screen begins with the highest quality raw wire then is made into screen that is cut, shaped, fabricated and cleaned.
